TWO offers top-quality products that are durable and low maintenance. To ensure your shutters, outdoor and interior blinds stay looking their beautiful best for years to come, please read these recommended product care guidelines carefully.

Highprofile Shutters

Cleaning

Regular light dusting will help keep your shutters looking their very best. Use a feather duster, dusting cloth or vacuum with soft brush attachments. When a more thorough clean is needed, simply wipe down with a damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning products.

Protection

To maintain structural integrity of your 100% timber shutters, avoid exposure to high levels of moisture and steam. Never spray cleaning products directly onto your shutters or you may damage the timber. When cleaning windows behind shutters, avoid contact with your shutters by always spraying glass cleaner directly onto your cleaning cloth before wiping down the glass.

Tensioning

If required, the drive blade tension can be adjusted. To do so, simply remove the sicker located on the side of the panel. Use a screwdriver to gently rotate clockwise until the blade has enough tension to enable all the blades to maintain their position. Take care not to over tension the drive blade. It is not covered by warranty.

Colourvue Roller Blinds

Cleaning Hardware

To clean blinds, dust with a feather duster, cloth or soft brush attachments on your vacuum. Spot clean using warm soapy water.

Cleaning Fabrics

Please always refer to your specific fabric cleaning requirements as they vary from range to range. However, no matter what fabric you have, regular light dusting will help keep them looking their best. Use a feather duster, cloth or vacuum with soft brush attachments.

Protection

Never spray cleaning products directly onto your blind or you may damage the fabric. When cleaning windows behind shutters, avoid contact with your shutters by always spraying glass cleaner directly onto your cleaning cloth before wiping down the glass.

It is recommended that rechargeable batteries are charged approximately every 700 cycles. A beep will alert users if the battery needs to be recharged. AC motors can remain plugged in at all times.

Weatherwell

Weatherwell Aluminium Shutters

Cleaning

Help maintain the premium appearance of your Weatherwell aluminium shutters with a thorough clean once every six months. Simply hose down, or use a nonabrasive cloth or sponge with warm soapy water. Particular attention should be paid to stainless steel hardware – especially in coastal areas. If your property is directly on the beachfront, weekly cleaning is recommended.

Protection

Cleaning products with an alcohol-based solution may tarnish your shutters’ powder coat finish and are best avoided. We recommend using warm soapy water. It is also advisable that any salt reside or tannin stains from trees are removed on a regular basis.
