TWO Lead Times – What do they mean?

Did you know, there’s a difference between our lead times for our off-shore and domestic product. Let’s break them down!

 

Lead Times

Off-shore Product

 

Manufactured in our exclusive factory in China, our off-shore product includes our complete Highprofile and Weatherwell shutter collection.

Domestic Product

 

Manufactured in our Queensland and New South Wales factories, our domestic product includes our Colourvue interior roller blinds, Zipscreen and Shadesol outdoor blinds and shades.

6-8 weeks lead time:

 

Lead time begins from Order Approval, and includes production through to delivery to your door.

Varied lead time:

 

Lead time begins from Order Approval and includes production only. It does not include delivery to your door and out-of-stock (OOS) items.

Lead Times

To prevent any order approval delays or miscommunication to your customers:

  1. Check the Lead Times and OOS pages frequently
  2. Ensure orders are entered accurately
  3. Respond to TWO order enquiries as soon as possible

Note: For all TWO products, lead times exclude public holidays.
